Here are just a bunch of web sites that I thought might be useful. Some of these might be required if you are interested in making Emulation a hobby.

Excellent site for keeping up on most Emulation related news. Lots of emulators, and plenty of links. I recommend this site for anyone just getting started into Emulation.

This site used to be Dave's Video Game Classics, and in my opinion it was the BEST source for Emulation news. But alas, Dave quit and these people took over. Don't get me wrong, the web site still rocks, I just miss Dave. He was coo.

Although I don't like the people who run this site, I would still have to say it is pretty good. They have a lot of NeoGeo ROMs, and their news page gets updated with a lot of stuff that most other web sites just miss.

If you are into or interested in old arcade Emulation, like Donkey Kong, Gyruss, Paperboy, etc. etc....this is the place to go. He keeps up on pretty much all arcade Emulation news, and also has literally thousands of arcade games.
